Thai Basil, Cantaloupe & Cucumber Salad

Looking for an innovative way to spice up your cantaloupe? Look no further than this recipe! A simple and refreshing way to use fruits, vegetables and herbs, you pack a lot of flavor into a simple dish with very few ingredients. Looking for an innovative way to spice up your cantaloupe? Look no further than this recipe! A simple and refreshing way to use fruits, vegetables and herbs, you pack a lot of flavor into a simple dish with very few ingredients. Kitchen Tools:

  • Melon Baller/Scoop (*You can cut the melon however you prefer)
  • Peeler (*For shaving cucumber)
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

 

Instructions:

  1. First, use a melon baller to scoop out hunks of cantaloupe (or cut as desired) and shave your cucumber into fine pieces. Mix those components together.
  2. Top the mixture with torn basil leaves, sesame seeds, and soy sauce, mixing everything to combine.
  3. Enjoy! 🙂
