Named for bells or little flowers in Italy, this sturdy, trumpet shaped pasta is great for trapping thicker sauces.

Originally from the Campania region in Italy, this spinning bell-shaped pasta is excellent for holding smooth, creamy sauces.

Named for twins in Italian, this spiral shape is often used for casseroles & pasta salads.

 

Resembling spinning tops, this pasta is excellent for saucy, creamy dishes.

 

Named for the spindle rod originally used to make this corkscrew shape. Fusilli is great for thicker sauces.

Little radiator shaped pasta, great for pesto.

These are a short, curly, semi-hollow corkscrew pasta named and modeled after… you guessed it! Mount Vesuvius!
