CSA Member Policies
I understand that all payments & deposits are non-refundable. I understand that if I cannot continue my share, I will not be refunded the share price.
I understand that if I miss my pick up for any reason I am not guaranteed a refund of the share for that given week, or guaranteed to make up the share at another time.
As a CSA Member, I am solely responsible for the farm share payment and pick-up of vegetables and other CSA items during distribution hours.
I understand that email communication will be the main form of communication between myself & Taproot Farm and that it is my responsibility to check my email every week to receive this information.
I am aware that Taproot Farm agrees to do everything in their power to provide the members with an abundant and diverse supply of high quality produce, weekly. In becoming a CSA member of Taproot Farm, I recognize that due to the inherent risks of farming, there are no guarantees on the exact amount of each individual item or type of produce I will receive. I do understand that Taproot Farm does, however, guarantee the specific number of share items each week.
I am aware that by signing up for the CSA Season I am also signing up for the weekly CSA information newsletter. This newsletter informs the members about important weekly CSA information, as well as overall information about the share and our farm in general. I am aware that by signing up for the CSA season, I am also signing up for the general Taproot Farm email list.
