A unique way to combine fruit, vegetables and herbs into one flavorful dish!
Looking for an innovative way to spice up your cantaloupe? Look no further than this recipe! A simple and refreshing way to use fruits, vegetables and herbs, you pack a lot of flavor into a simple dish with very few ingredients. Kitchen Tools: Melon Baller/Scoop (*You can cut the mellon however you prefer) Peeler (*For shaving cucumber) Measuring Cups Measuring Spoons Ingredients: 1/2 Cantaloupe, Deseeded and Cut as Desired 1 Small Cucumber, Peeled, Deseeded and Shaved 1/4 Cup Thai Basil, Cut/Torn into Fine Pieces Toasted Sesame Seeds (To Taste) Soy Sauce (~2 Teaspoons or To Taste) Instructions:
- First, use a melon baller to scoop out hunks of cantaloupe (or cut as desired) and shave your cucumber into fine pieces. Mix those components together.
- Top the mixture with torn basil leaves, sesame seeds, and soy sauce, mixing everything to combine.
- Enjoy! 🙂
